Tactical Medicine Training for Civilians at Lavina Mall

The Educational and Scientific Institute of Postgraduate Education and Continuous Professional Development of the European Medical School (IEU) together with the Harmony Health Center organized a practical tactical medicine training session right in the Lavina Mall shopping center!

The focus of the training was on basic life-saving skills:

• applying a tourniquet to limbs in cases of critical bleeding;

• wound packing and applying bandages;

• actions in cases of airway obstruction;

• response under time pressure and high stress.

A key feature of the event was its practical orientation: each participant had the opportunity to practice skills under the guidance of experienced instructors.

This training has become another important step in shaping the culture of pre-medical care in Ukraine and strengthening community resilience
