YURII YEKHANUROV

Policy maker, MP of Ukraine of several convocations, scientist, Ph.D. in Economics. He has passed almost all steps of authorities: from a deputy mayor of the capital to the first vice-prime minister and the head of the Government. Besides, Mr. Yekhanurov gladly works with students and is fond of impressionists’ painters.

VASYL LAZORYSHYNETS

Corresponding member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Doctor of Medicine, professor, honored physician of Ukraine. Director of Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. Ukraine’s leading specialist in surgery of congenital heart diseases. He undertook an internship at leading clinics of the USA, the UK, Germany, France. Mr. Lazoryshynets performed more than 7000 heart surgeries. Author of 380 scientific papers, including 8 monographs, two methodical recommendations, 8 author’s certificates. Member of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery and the French Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. In 1996 and 1998, together with US cardiac surgeons, he performed a series of unique surgeries of children with congenital heart diseases at Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. As part of the international US and Ukrainian cardiac surgical team, he performed surgeries in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Yugoslavia.

Artem Artyukhov

Artyukhov is a scholar and educator in the fields of education economics, marketing, digitalization of education, chemical engineering, and an expert in academic integrity, open science, and knowledge and technology transfer. He holds a PhD in technical sciences, is an associate professor, and a senior researcher.

He is also a member of the presidium of the public organization "Innovative University."

Contributions to the Development of Education Quality Standards:
Artyukhov actively contributes to the development of national regulatory frameworks for ensuring the quality of higher education. He promotes a culture of quality and integrity through events informing the educational community, participating in over 30 seminars and workshops on academic integrity, open science, and education quality.

Membership in International Organizations:
He is a member of several international organizations, including the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI), International Association of Engineers (IAENG), International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE), International Society for Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP), and the Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors (theIRED).

Research and Innovations:
Artyukhov has authored over 37 intellectual property documents on systems modeling for education quality assurance and the promotion of educational services and chemical engineering. He has also published over 100 scientific papers indexed in Scopus.

Project Participation:
He has been involved in 15 scientific and 18 international projects, including "Open Practices, Transparency, and Integrity for Modern Academia" (OPTIMA), "With Academic Integrity to EU Values: Step by Step to Common Europe" (AICE), and "Open Science and Education in Europe: Success Stories for Ukrainian Academia" (OSEE) under the Erasmus+ program, as well as the "Initiative for Academic Integrity and Education Quality," implemented by the American Councils for International Education.

Awards and Honors:
Artyukhov has been recognized with the Tricia Bertram Gallant Award for Outstanding Service (International Center for Academic Integrity) and the ENAI Exemplary Activism Award (European Network for Academic Integrity).

He holds the title of International Engineering Educator (ING. PAED. IGIP) and possesses a FEANI EngineerING Card.

Andriy Harriyevych Shevtsov is a Doctor of Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Member of the Academy of Higher Education Sciences of Ukraine, and a public figure, involved in organizations such as the "All-Ukrainian Association of Able-Bodied Disabled People" and the "Scientific Society of Disabled People," among others. He is a renowned scientist, educator, and public figure in Ukraine and internationally. For his exceptional achievements and significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian education and science, he has been awarded several honors.

SVITLANA DANILENKO

Svitlana Vasylivna Danilenko is a Ukrainian public and political figure, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor, and "Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine." She was awarded the Order of Princess Olga of the III degree for her significant contribution to the development of education and public life.

Since 1992, she has worked at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in various roles, including as a senior specialist, deputy head of a department, head of a department, deputy director of a department, director of the Department of Economics and Financing, and advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. From December 2018 to September 2024, she served as the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Svitlana Vasylivna has extensive experience in the fields of economics, education, and scientific activity. As a candidate of economic sciences, she made a significant contribution to the development of economic thought in Ukraine.

Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, Svitlana Vasylivna has earned recognition among colleagues and students, which led to her being honored with the title "Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine." Her work spans not only the education sector but also her active participation in the public and political life of the country.

Zhanna Zhorzhivna Osypenko is the Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

Throughout her career, Zhanna Zhorzhivna Osypenko has received numerous awards and honors for her high professionalism and significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian education:

Ukrainian politician, statesman and public figure, President of the Great Council of Ukraine. Ph.D. in Economics; member of Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defense Bloc faction, member of the Committee on Agricultural Policy and Land Relations; head of the Central Control Review Committee of People’s Union-Our Ukraine (NS-NU). YURII BURIAK

Ukrainian poet, translator, art expert and publisher. Head of the Publishing house of the National Writers' Union of Ukraine “Ukrainian writer”. Holder of numerous literary and artistic awards, including Pavlo Usenko, Ivan Ohienko, Yevhen Pluzhnyk, Volodymyr Sosiura, Dmytro Nytchenko, Borys Necherda ones.

ROSTYSLAV VALIKHNOVSKYI

Ukrainian plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Honored physician of Ukraine. He held a position of Deputy head of the State Management of Affairs of the President, headed the emergency medicine department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine aimed at integrating the 112 system. Director and founder of Valikhnovski Surgery Institute.

MOSHE REUVEN ASMAN

Chief rabbi of the Brodski Synagogue in Kyiv and head of the All-Ukrainian Congress of Hebrew Hasidic religious communities. Chief rabbi of Ukraine. Founder of Anatevka Jewish settlement.

KAROL BIELSKI

Francesco Chirico

Professor at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart | UNICATT, editor-in-chief of JHSS and GIPMEL, editor of Frontiers in Public Health, BMC Public Health, Plos Global Public Health. Co-founder and co-editor of the Italian journal titled Journal of Health and Social Sciences.
Besides, Mr. Francesco is a medical researcher at the Health Department of the Italian State Police and a professor at the State Police of the Ministry of the Interior of Italy.
He is also an editor of the Journal of Health and Social Sciences, Milan, Italy, and a medical writer of the European Medical Writers Association.

Besides, Mr. Carlos is the author of the Emergency Medicine Handbook where he suggests a method for assessing hospitalized patients in emergencies.

Nicola Magnavita

Nicola Magnavita has been a doctor and researcher at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, UCSC, since 1980.
Mr. Nicola is also a physician in the Gemelli Hospital. He is responsible for the medical surveillance of workers at many companies.

He has published more than 530 scientific papers and books and has directed 27 research projects.
Nicola Magnavita has been a member of the National Committee for Quality Evaluation of Healthcare Institutions since 1991, a member of the Ad Hoc Group of the European Commission in Luxembourg since 1997, which has produced the list of EU limit values, and a member of the LA.RA since 2001.

BASAR KANDER

Basar Cander is a professor, MD, Emergency Medicine Specialist and Prof. Chief of Emergency Medicine Department at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Basar Cander is the President of Emergency Physician Association of Turkey (EPAT), General Secretary of Critical Care Society in Turkey Member of European Society of Emergency Medicine (EUSEM), the Owner and Responsible Manager of Eurasian Journal of Emergency Medicine (EAJEM) and Journal of Emergency Medicine Case Reports (JEMCR). Mr. Basar graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University and later completed his training in emergency medicine at Necmettin Erbakan University Meram Medical Faculty. In 1998, after completion of his training, he became the head of the Department of Emergency Medicine in Konya Research and Training Hospital. In 2006, Basar Cander started to work as an associate professor at Selcuk University Meram Medical Faculty in Konya. He received the title of professor in 2011. In the same year, he became the Head of the Department of First Aid and Emergency. In 2013, he began to work at Okmeydanı Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi. He has working as the Chief of Emergency Medicine Department at Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul since 2018. Basar Cander is the owner of four journals: Eurasian Journal of Emergency Medicine, the Journal of Emergency Medicine Case Reports, Eurasian Journal of Toxicology, Eurasian Journal of Critical Care. Mr. Basar is the author of 8 books including Cander Emergency Medicine Textbook. He translated 2 chapters and put them into use of Turkish Emergency Physicians. He published almost 150 articles indexed in SCI, ESCI and PubMED in International Peer- Reviewed Journals.

Waldemar Siwiński

Waldemar Siwiński is the President of IREG Observatory and Academic Ranking and Excellence, the founder of the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and a Polish journalist.
Mr. Siwiński graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Warsaw University of Technology and was the deputy editor-in-chief of Illustrated Student Magazine and Sztandar Młodych. He was a co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Bajtek magazine.
In 2003-2006, a journalist and the President of the Polish Press Agency (PAP).
In 2005, Waldemar Siwiński was elected as a board member of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA);

Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston (USA), a member of the European Society of Cardiology and the Association for Acute Cardiovascular Care.

Mr. Peacock is MD, FACEP, FACC, FESC, Vice Chair for Research in the department of Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

He has more than 600 publications and is a two-time winner of the Best Research Paper of the Year Award from the American College of Emergency Physicians and the 2019 Ray Bahr Award for Excellence from the American College of Cardiology.
