A Meeting of the Academic Council Took Place at IEU
On September 25, 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council was held in the conference hall of the European Medical School. Participants discussed key issues that define the educational and organizational development of the University.
Among the main topics was the start of the new academic year, reported by the Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute, Oleh Vovk. Vice-Rector for Scientific and Educational-Methodological Work, Iryna Boiarko, spoke about the accreditation of educational programs and ways to improve their quality in accordance with modern standards.
Special attention was given to student life. The President of the Student Parliament, Yelyzaveta Fishchuk, presented the directions of student self-government development, which is an important part of the university community.
The issue of university safety was also addressed. Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs, Oleh Yevtushenko, informed about the measures ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for learning and work.
As a result of the meeting, a number of decisions were made aimed at improving the educational process, developing student initiatives, and enhancing safety at IEU.
