In these challenging times, when students face increasing pressures, their well-being and support are our top priorities. That is why IEU is constantly seeking new ways to enhance communication and interaction with students, building a safe, friendly, and inclusive learning environment.

Following numerous surveys, questionnaires, and open discussions, the university has made a strategic decision to establish a unified Student Support Office — a single dean’s office for all faculties.
The newly created office is headed by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Oleg Vovk.

The Student Support Office will serve as a one-stop hub, where every student can receive timely support and advice on academic matters, mobility opportunities, psychological assistance, social initiatives, scholarships, academic records, and more.

It will streamline and coordinate all dean’s office functions, eliminating duplication of processes and simplifying students’ access to university services.

Communication will become faster, clearer, and more transparent — every student inquiry will be tracked, processed, and followed through until fully resolved.

For international students, the office will provide personalized support, taking into account cultural and language specifics, as well as assistance with adaptation.
Last week, the university administration and the team of the new Student Support Office held two days of meetings with students. We listened to their questions, feedback, and suggestions — and are already implementing their ideas into our daily operations.
