Students of IEU are taking part in the international Erasmus+ project “My Peace Training” in Bordeaux, France! 
From September 15 to 20, 2025, our students joined a youth exchange organized by Musiques de Nuit Diffusion within the Erasmus+ Youthpass program. The project was aimed at developing a culture of peace through music, since music is a universal language that can unite young people from different countries and cultures 
About the projectMY PEACE is an approach to peacebuilding that motivates young people to become active participants in reconciliation processes, using music as a tool for dialogue and mutual understanding. Respect for cultural heritage and mutual acceptance became the core values of the meeting.
The program included:
• project presentations and participant introductions;
• visits to associations working in the field of peace and solidarity;
• discussions on the history of slavery in Bordeaux and visits to museums;
• music workshops where participants learned to create compositions for peacebuilding;
• concerts, meetings with artists, and a final musical performance.
This experience gave IEU students the opportunity not only to broaden their horizons but also to gain practical skills in teamwork, communication, and intercultural dialogue.
We are proud that IEU youth represent the university at the international level, creating a space for understanding and cooperation without borders
