IEU at the Meeting as part of the UKRASTUD ERASMUS+ KA 220-HED Project

European Medical School took part in the Kick-Off Meeting of the UkraStud Erasmus+ Project in Suceava organized by our esteemed partners.

This event marked the beginning of a collaborative journey toward improving educational opportunities, social well-being, inclusion and cooperation across Europe.

The Kick-Off Meeting of the UkraStud Erasmus+ Project took place yesterday. Our University was represented by Alla Navolokina, the President of IEU, Iryna Shteimiller, the Deputy Director of International Relations at the Department of Strategic Development and International Programs, and Mariana Hrytsiuk, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Relations.

The agenda of the meeting was ambitious and productive, including:

Presentations by all partners.

A detailed review of the project expertly led by Igor Vitale.

Planning a Dissemination and Promotion Strategy.

A focus on a Quality Plan and management activities, ensuring the success of the project.

A workshop on strengthening cooperation and exploring new Erasmus+ project opportunities for 2025.

During the meeting, we discussed the following essential topics:

• Psychological and social well-being of university students.

• Effective online training methods for educators and tutors.

• European identity and intergroup contact effects.

• Social and demographic insights about Ukrainian immigrants and refugees in partner countries.

Each partner brought invaluable insights, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and innovation.

We are particularly inspired by the brainstorming session for new Erasmus+ projects, fostering ideas for the upcoming 2025 Call.

We look forward to working closely with our partners to achieve the ambitious goals of the UkraStud project, strengthening cooperation, and delivering impactful outcomes for students and educators alike
