University Leadership
The President is responsible for the overall management of the University. The President of the European Medical School is an official whose role is focused on overseeing the effectiveness of the management of the European Medical School, its financial and economic activities, and fostering the development of the University.
The Vice-President possesses the same powers as the President and undertakes his responsibilities in his absence.
The Rector is an official who manages the activities of the European Medical School, including ensuring the quality of higher education.

Collegial Governing Bodies
- The Advisory Board is a collegial governing body that assists in addressing the strategic development tasks of the European Medical School. The European Medical School (IEU) boasts an International Advisory Board comprised of distinguished figures from the fields of education, science, and healthcare from both Ukraine and abroad. This board actively contributes to various aspects of the university’s activities and the educational process, serving as speakers and educators. - The Academic Council of the European Medical School is a collegial governing body that operates to define the general directions of the University's activities in matters of management, education, research, financial and economic operations, and human resources.
- The Scientific and Methodological Council of the European Medical School is an advisory body that monitors, analyzes, coordinates, and plans the educational and methodological work at the university. It also develops recommendations for its improvement to achieve a high level of educational quality.
- The Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute is a collegial governing body of the Educational and Research Institute. Its main tasks are to define the current and future directions of activities to train highly professional specialists.
- The Student Parliament of the European Medical School is a student self-governance body that acts as an intermediary between higher education students and the administration, helping to address issues related to the educational process and extracurricular activities.
Honorary Professors
Our Honorary Professors, who also lecture for our students, include notable individuals such as Viktor Yushchenko, the Third President of Ukraine, and professors Milosz Jaguszewski, Lukasz Szarpak, among others. The Rectorate
The Rectorate of European Medical School is a permanent governing body responsible for addressing the current operational issues of the University. The Rectorate comprises the Rector, the President, Vice-Rectors, heads of structural units, directors of Institutes, and the head of the student self-government.
